DESCRIPTION:
Only a third of the bottom 60% of American workers are able to save any portion of their income. Is it possible for the middle class to use their biggest asset -- their income-- to grow and sustain wealth? If the primary way to increase wealth is to own assets, how can everyday people become asset owners?
Targeting all working-age people, our workshop will address ways and best-practices of how to do this. We are including sessions that will teach how to use financial apps to make managing money easy and a session on how to fix financial mistakes (like high student-loan debt, the impacts of divorce, underfunded retirement)--we know life is busy and things happen. We want to encourage our middle-class community to stay in the game and win with money!
