Whether you're a current client or not, our virtual consultations are tailored for individuals seeking expert advice on various hair care concerns, including damaged hair, achieving healthier hair, hair product recommendations, transitioning from chemicals to natural hair, and hair color inquiries.
Conducted via Google Meets, Zoom, or phone, clients can ask questions and receive personalized guidance from our experienced professionals from the comfort of their homes. Prior to the consultation, clients are encouraged to prepare questions, concerns, and images of desired styles, colors, and textures to ensure a productive session. All consultations require a non-refundable prepayment or deposit, with deposits applied toward the total cost. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a forfeiture of the deposit as a cancellation fee. |
