If you experience excessive hair loss, thinning, bald patches, hair breakage, scaling problems, excessive oiliness, or scalp itching, our Hair/Scalp Scope Examination, Imaging, and Analysis Consultation can help. Using camera microscopes and sensors, we provide magnified images of your scalp and hair to assess their condition. This allows us to make informed service and product recommendations for improvement.
The consultation includes a thorough examination of your hair and scalp issues, identifying problems and their causes. Services include creating a Personal Hair Care Routine Profile, observing hair condition, assessing hair quality, identifying damaged hair and scalp areas, analyzing hair characteristics and concerns, and recommending hairstyles and maintenance routines. Photos of thinning or problem areas are also taken for detailed analysis. Our examination is conducted in-clinic by a trichologist, who will guide you through the process. The imaging and analysis help measure hair density and width, compare areas of hair loss over time, examine hair shafts for damage, and document hair and scalp conditions for improvement tracking. Additionally, we assess hair follicle condition, scalp moisture and oil content, chemical damage, and circulation. Visual evidence is used to confirm evaluations and make product and service recommendations. All services require a non-refundable deposit, with the balance due at your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit. |
